60k with X47r, driving along sedately and bam this happened. Ford replaced slave , clutch, flywheel at 12k for slave failure, It always sounded like a coffee can full of marbles. Dealership wanted $2800 and 2 weeks to do. So fun times.

That's a bummer $2,800 I would give them something to suck on.
The last clutch I destroy was in a Ford escort it shredded all the material off the disc, you had complete separation.

Do you plan to upgrade or go OEM again?

Did we ever determine IF the ST200 kit's friction disc was any better than, or any kind of an upgrade in friction material than our factory discs??

Stock, seems to be working out for everyone else. Plus $97 compared to 400 plus for ST200 I'll take a chance. Doing an M sport lsd with the savings.

Haven't heard of anyone with one. At 4 times the price and so many high horsepower fiesta's on the stock clutch I'll take my chances .

I made the same decision, was just curious if you came to the same conclusion.

At 300 whp with the MRX turbo with a stock rebuilt clutch it slipped a bit breaking in but after a while it was fine.

Yeah...81 thousand on my odometer and now I'm starting to smell clutch after driving spiritedly.... Probably gonna be soon. ☹️
