Any have a thought on this. Try a pipe expander? Or two clamps on the cold side when I install and just leave as is.

Exhaust pipe expander will fix that. If you have an Autozone near you, they should have the tool for free rental. I can't remember the size. IIRC, I also used a worm type hose clamp at the closer end, to help the tool keep a uniform diameter. Piece of cake.

I believe the end caps are 2 inches but AutoZone will give you a set of 3 sizes to rent. They go up to 3 1/4 inch you should be okay. Definitely fix it. It'll act as a restriction.

Pipe expander should work. Do it slowly as to not crack it.

I'll give the pipe expander a shot today guys, just enough to round it off a bit more. Thanks!

I had the same issue with a Mountune IC many years back.
It was aluminum and therefore soft.
I just took a small hammer and tapped it back into shape.
It is still on the car today, working perfectly and has never leaked.

Easy as everyone mentioned. Pipe expander, just go slow and be sure not to get it stuck or seized up. I gave it a couple taps with a hammer to try and keep it uniformed at the end.
