Crush Washer Water Inlet

I just installed the X47R turbo, unfortunately the water inlet/exit is leaking from the bolt. Looking at Ford Parts I only see full hose replacement no crush washer part number. Has anyone had to replace theirs too and what did you use?

Is it a copper type crush washer? If so, you can get an assortment from many places like Harbor Freight. I needed some to redo the brakes on my motorcycle and it was less expensive to buy the whole kit than a single crush washer from the manufacturer
