Difference between input shaft seals through the years

I just found there is an updated part number for the input shaft seal. Was wondering if anyone knew what the difference is and whether it'll work with the older model years?
AV6Z-7048-A
AV6Z-7048-B
Tascaparts says the B part# won't fit my 2014
