Electric power steering cutting out intermittently

I'm using Cobb AP 3 and wondering if this is why? If I back up or sometimes when I do a hard left or right turn the steering will just cut out for a second or two and then turn on again. Anyone else seen this?

I would check the electrical connections. Start at Battery and work your way to the power steering.

I've had this happen, but only immediately following a flash. I would verify that you have the latest tune revision and/or reflash as a start point.
