Engine Cover

I just spent over an hour on the search thingy looking for "remove engine cover". There are ten pages on how to remove all kinds of stuff all over the car. Yes, there are references to removing the cover before getting into other tasks. I'm looking at an OCC install in the near future so getting the cover off will be very helpful. My question, howzitdun? Many thanks!

If you're referring to the plastic cover, it just pulls straight off with a small amount of force. It's just a detent attachment.

That would be vertical straight off?

Yes just grab it and pull, there is 4 stud/ball posts it pops on, you can't hurt anything just yank it off
