The MAP is in the intake on the passenger side right on top* you could clean that. Might wanna check the Turbo for play also.

Just did some research and that makes alot more sense now. Would it be smart to check the boost sensor ?
I'd be checking the coldside pipe for Blow by oil * it could be getting sucked through the charge pipes and hitting the Tmap sensor in the coldside pipe.

I'm kinda dumb so I just figured out where the sensor is.should I remove entire pipe and clean n check or just the sensor?

I'd be partially removing the pipe to check for Blow by/oil. That sensor is held in by a screw and an o-ring seals it after the screw is tightened down on the pipe.

I have the same symptoms on my '19. It started a couple weeks ago with no recent changes to the car. Stock Exhaust, COBB drop in filter, whoosh hot side tube, Depo FMIC, colder plugs and a Dizzy stage 2. Just rolled 45,000 miles. If driven like a gramma I have no issues but when I want to get on it, it kinda chugs and studders. It still accelerates but not smoothly at all. I unmarried the AP and that made no difference. I have stock plugs on the way and will put the stock filter back in. If this doesn't help, I'll have to take it to the dealer as it is stil under warranty but I hate those guys and really don't want them to touch my car.

Should the boost pipes be completely free of oil?

It only happens with decent load. Rpms don't really matter just when I floor it.light throttle it works like a charm still no problems
Spark plugs properly gapped? Do they appear lean/rich/normal? Sounds like ignition coil. I'm not sure how the system detects an ignition miss on a cylinder and therefore aren't sure it'll always set a code for that.

If it were severely leaning out due to exhaust changes, I'd expect it to pick that up via upstream Oxygen sensor. Any other alterations to the intake or turbo?

This is where you should be trouble shooting. I was accidentally running wrong gap and had massively irritating hesitation. PSA: don't gap plugs after you dropped 10 or so drinks...lol, as *The more you know......* flies across the screen

Alternatively you could have unknowingly got a tank of crap gas.

Unless you have a o2 code, exhaust should not be an issue.

What Gap did you end up using?

Just replaced spark plugs and ceiling packs today. Ended up needing to replace the whole valve cover and bracket due to ford's aweful engineering lol. But no luck the problem still persists

No codes at all so far have checked/cleaned/replaced- spark plugs coil packs valve cover and bracket map sensor tmap sensor cool and hot side pipes air filter incoming amd outgoing o2 boost sensor fuses and have introduced a fuel injectors cleaner into my system.i may take the valve cover back off and look into the fuel injectors more along with the fuel rail to check for a clog... only other thing i can think of is a clogged cat maybe?

Cobb cold air intake but that's old. Wasn't that dirty so I just cleaned it up and put it back in. Turbo is stock though
