Exhaust Knocking on Underbody

I recently have had a race DP fitted to my Milltek Catback and the exhaust movement was huge so I replaced the exhaust mount hangers to stiffen it up but still get an occasional knocking or vibration from the underbody hitting the exhaust pipe - Anyone found a reason for this happening or a fix? TIA

I got hangers that have multiple positions so I can get it aligned good. These are the ones I have Amazon.com: NORSMIC Exhaust Hanger Rubber -4PCS, Universal Hole Size Diameter 12mm (0.47inch), Muffler Bracket Mount, Rubber Insulator for Car/Truck/Jeep/SUV : Automotive

I have this exact same issue! Installed a Karter Performance exhaust to my SAIC downpipe as well as powerflex hanger. Now I have significant knocking in the rear by the axle. I’m gonna try the above to fix the issue
