Feels like traction control is at WOT

Yesterday my car started feeling like it was having trouble building boost. It feels like traction control is slowing me down but I have it disabled so I know that's not it. My boost gauge shows that it's still building boost, it just feels a little slower than usual. I did notice that my clutch is starting to fail a couple weeks ago when it completely slipped shifting into third so maybe that's it, but I don't think that's it either. Any ideas? I'm running the S280 with TS 14psi wastegate & GFB DV+. Stock pumps & injectors, no aux.

Plugs or oil catch can being over-full, thats usually what causes my car to feel funky. Could be clutch as well.
