Fiesta of The Month Contest - July 2014

I was at the Black Bear Rally in Gilmour, ON this past weekend working a start and finish control. Team O'Neil Motorsports brought up one of their Fiesta R2's with driver Will Hudson for some testing before NEFR. Got a thumbs up from Tim O'Neil, the man himself (look him up if you don't know him).

Here I am set-up, and waiting for competitors to arrive.

Hudson took 17 seconds from Subaru driver, Donnelly from Toronto, who won 5 of 6 special stages, in the 3rd stage of the rally. Hudson was actually winning overall until a broken suspension piece knocked him out of the rally half way through the last stage. Donnelly suffered a 10 min penalty due to a timing error.
