fiesta st180 sound symposer noise gone

What would cause the sound symposer grunt to go and feel like there is no torque in the engine but still hitting the boost?

Any information would be grateful 🙏

The sound symposer has nothing to do with performance unless it has become disconnected from the charge pipe..
You can remove the symposer, cap it off and see if the problem still exists.
You may have a charge pipe that has come loose or disconnected.
