Hi All,

I have a 2016 Fist and notice a very audible fluttering noise coming from (probably) the intake at low speed and low rpm with just a little bit of pushing the gas pedal and letting off. It sounds like a turkey is being held prisoner under the hood.

I assume this is due to the electronically controlled bypass valve for the turbo not opening at such a low speed and rpm which then causes compressor surge?

I am still on the OEM intake.

Normal, not to worry.
I swiss cheesed my stock airbox like, 24 hours after I bought mine in 2015. Made the same noise, will become more apparent if/when you upgrade intake
