For the front, my initial thought would be no. If they did, it would be extremely close. The rear should fit without issues on a 16.

Does anyone know if the rear kit will fit a 16inch setup. Looks like it'll be close

Rotors are 11.88" Rear Caliper mounted height is 1.28" off of the rotor So you would need measure in a 13.16" That should be plenty of room in a 16
