Hello everybody and please help

I recently got a 2016 fiesta st who satisfied me driving. But there's one weird and annoied thing happened. It happened 3 times that I can't start the engine when I push the start button along which there's no response from the car at all. I did the battery and alternator check at an Autozone shop and was told everything's good as far as they know. By the way, when this happened I can't use keyless entry either. The first and second time this happened I asked others to jump start it. However the 3rd time it did not work and after I check the voltage of the battery with a multimeter showing 12.6V, it then can be started.
