Help tune won’t load

I got a tune from dizzy tuning and for someone reason on my AP the tune is grey and says it’s locked and I can’t load the tune to my car

I know when serial numbers on tune don't match car/ accessport the tune will be unable to load.

This was my problem.. Had a typo when I sent my serial #.

Thanks, that’s what it was. The serial number was wrong so it thought the tune was for a different AP
