Didn't know so many of us where on this forum... and close.

I drive through Westwood maybe a couple dozen times a year. Besides Westwood Northern Blvd, the way it's laid out there really ain't much of any opportunity to safely exceed forty to forty-five for more than twenty or thirty seconds or so. High population density, small, numerous and relatively narrow blind intersections with hilly terrain and rougher roads; some exceptions.

I can't see doing much in Norwood either; and roll through there often. The layout of the roads just aren't very permissive. For the part I roll through often, just maintaining 40 for a decent stretch is doing good.

Besides CPD, the one that likes to play games on the regular that I've noticed are those in Green Hills. I've seen GH make potentially dangerous and illegal (no lights) u-turns down Winton (not from a standstill) because they thought they saw somebody moving a *little* faster than surrounding traffic down Winton; dry sunny low-traffic conditions on a wide open straight roadway with very widely gapped, no unlighted/unmetered intersections. Kennedy Heights used sit on the highway until the city threatened to shutdown their access roads. (Probably pulled over the wrong person.) Then the dept was busted up over theft. CPD's strategy seems to be, blanket a given part of town then disappear to another. But for the most part and with some gross exceptions on the force, (like one lone-wolf that spent half the day pulling over a bunch of people down the street from the polling location on election day,) they leave people alone around here.

Buuut anyway, if you do have a little fun, choose your spots very wisely and avoid putting others at risk.

(off-campus) UC Security Guard quote from video in 2nd link: "...I thought I was going to get run over..."

Falsifying reports is common practice in/surrounding Cincinnati. I've faced similar BS with getting pulled over for a front tag and turn signal. In Indianapolis I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for K9 unit to show up only to watch the K9 unit officer argue with the guy who called him. (he knew it was BS to call him)

It finally occurred to me, one way to start discouraging some of this non-sense, is to get the police reports pulled, and get them for "filing a false report."

Earlier this year one clown in Blue Ash, ordered me to exit my vehicle, then proceeded to ask me 'why are you running; I had my lights on back at Reed-Hartmann.' He ticketed for no front plate and turn signal. Longer story short, had the video pulled which proved he was making stuff up.

Word of advise folks, get those reports pulled.

Not to thread jack but is anyone around the West Chester area? It would also be cool to have a meet/cruise sometime.
