How To: Keep Crud Out of the Reservoir

Took SoupBowl Sunday to do the engine mount and wiper motor (for park switch function - click me).

Since I had that cowl out anyway, decided this was an opportune time to add a screen.

Is it common for non-Fords to not put a screen here?

Parts: Screen from the hardware store, stiff wire to bend and cut.
Tools: Gloves (to keep from getting poked), felt tip black marker for screen, scissors to cut screen, small tip pliers with wire cutter.

You'll likely need a gear puller tool to get the wiper arms off. Parts stores usually 'rent' these at no cost.

Looks great! Just FYI you can get the wiper arms off easily if you use two hands. Left hand push down at at the hinge/spring and right hand pull.
