Don't have direct comparison to low temperature performance.
The Pentosin marketing material seems to specifically aim at 'low" temp viscosity, which has been an issue with fluid cavitation in braking systems that are equipped with ABS pumps. This is not to discount its higher temp street performance though, which the numbers show.
Pentosin DOT 4 LV:
* Boiling Point ≥265°C/≥509°F
* Wet Boiling Point ≥170°C/≥338°F
* Kinematic Viscosity at 40°C 6.4 mm²/s
* Kinematic Viscosity at -40°C ≤ 700 mm²/s
* pH Value Slightly Alkaline
