Injen cold air intake compatibly with Cobb V2 tune?

Was looking to go to stage 2 on my Cobb tuner at some point but was curious on how compatible it is with an injen cold air intake ? Has anyone used that set up or is the Cobb intake the way to go ?

All intakes are compatible, the ECU will adjust for the added flow, if any.

it will also adjust for the added heat :p
