Those are all just misfire codes. Misfiring is not surprising, given that diesel fuel doesn't burn like gasoline does.
It was bad when the diesel went in the fuel tank. Correct action to take at that time would have been to NOT start the engine and to drain the fuel tank, rinse the diesel out of it, then flush the fuel lines to remove any diesel.
At this point you could have a number of things wrong besides just fouled plugs, which you certainly do have. Fuel injectors, fuel filter can be clogged, catalytic convertor damaged, or more.
You need to stop running the engine and get all the diesel out of the fuel system and replace any damaged components. Diesel and gas generally don't mix, and even if they appear to initially, the diesel separates.
