**EDITED THIS POST AFTER RUNNING THE E30 TUNE IN COOLER WEATHER, WHICH IS APPLES TO APPLES WITH THE 93 TUNE LOGS**
I've been experimenting with different tunes on my 2017 Fiesta, which is stock other than a Whoosh V3 intercooler, panel filter, colder plugs gapped to 0.28, and swift lowering springs. The car has 27,000 miles and has been very well cared for. So far, I've run the cobb stage 1 93 tune, dizzy stage 1 93 tune, dizzy e30 tune, and mountune 93 tune (the one you can buy off their website for $99, or comes free with an AP purchase).
I have to say, I am blown away by the Mountune 93 tune. I was having some issues with negative corrections on the other 93 tunes - nothing major, but consistently -1.5-2.5* on third and fourth gear pulls. Even though they aren't a big deal, they make me nervous. So I figured I'd load up the Mountune 93 map and try it out. Not only did it feel like it pulled harder, but I also saw ZERO negative corrections no matter how hard I pushed the car (or how hot it got). I think this tune is slept on and one of the best you can buy for 93. I believe it was developed in concert with Ford given their partnership, so perhaps they are able to work some extra magic with things like valve timing or something complex. It doesn't make sense to me that they are able to run more boost (25 psi) and fairly aggressive timing, yet get ZERO knock and ZERO negative corrections. While it's not as fast as the E30 tune, it pulls very hard. I would note that I got zero negative corrections with the Dizzy E30 tune as well - so it seems like my engine is equally happy with it.
I had ChatGPT plot out my third gear accessport logs to compare the three tunes:
