Hey y'all, my name's Nick and I am a proud new owner of a 2016 'Magnetic Metallic' FiST as of this past Saturday! Really loving it too, I've dubbed it "The Angry Gerbil." [:p] I'm looking forward to seeing the potential this little beast is capable of.

Welcome. I'm also in Roanoke. Maybe I'll see you around. I have a molten orange 2016.

If you're on Facebook you can look up North Texas STs. They do meets and cruises sometimes. If you haven't been there's Cowtown Cars & Coffee over at the speedway on the third Saturday of each month that I usually go to and there's usually other STs and the last two have had a Focus RS or two. Next one is the 15th. I'm going on a cruise with some of the ST guys (Focus and Fiesta) up to the Talimena Scenic drive in Oklahoma/Arkansas on Oct 29th and 30th.

Welcome; I went to the Cowtown Cars & Coffee on Oct. 15. Only saw one other FiST (TB w/ orange wheels) and it was actually parked on the other side of the lot where they were having a North Texas Autocross event. After spending about an hour looking at the C & C cars I walked over to the Autocross - first one I've seen - I'm not an A/C guy, but it looked like a lot of fun. I may go to the C & C in Plano the first Saturday in Nov. It's a much bigger event w/ a lot more exotics (but usually a few FiSTs show up as well).

I was going to go to Cowtown this past week. I usually do. I was just too lazy to get out of bed. I really don't have an excuse because I live like 5 miles away. :p

The previous two I went to there hadn't been any Fiestas but mine. Several Focus STs show up and had two RSs last time I was there. It had a bigger ST turn out (and general turn out) when it was near downtown Ft. Worth.

I'll be back for the next one whenever that is. I think they are taking a break for a couple months. I don't really want to go to the Plano one. Lots of nice cars obviously, but sounds like a nightmare just to get in. Obviously you can't park an ST up front with all the exotics. And then being required to go to Plano sounds like another nightmare. I can't stand driving on that side of the metroplex.
