I'm selling mine because I actually want to get wheels and the ones I want came available so I need the cash. No other reason.

I was thinking the same thing, with the actuator and recirc valve i got a 12kw and 20Nm gain at the wheels.

I looked at Turbosmart's site and they quote those sort of figures. Did you notice much difference in power and boost control? Self install?

Recirc was self install actuator was done by a professional lol. Boost in top end is much better and holds longer.

Interesting. Maybe I'll just keep it. Ha.

Did you have the professional do the pre load that tune+ instructs you to do or did you do that yourself? I'm kinda clueless on that part.

They used the preload that turbosmart recommends, the preload thing is why i got a professional to do it. After install the car went on same dyno as last time.

Oh okay that's what I was worried about doing myself. Really don't know what I'm doing with that even with the video they posted up showing you how.

No we do lol. The mechanics did the preload as revommened by Turbosmart.
Got ya. Might just keep this then and show my mechanic the video and have him do the pre load and installation. Thanks.

The actuator coupled with the recirc valve (plumb back shortie) is definitely a great value for money mod on these cars.

It sounds like a keeper to me :)
There sold out by the looks though so I imagine it'd sell.

Yeah true. I'm going to speak to my mechanic and see if he can't do the pre load before installing before I decide if I really want to part ways with it or not.

Not needed but sounds neat...if you like that sort of thing
Remember its not a blow off valve, its a recirc/plumb back its basically a better metal unit over the plastic OEM unit. It doesn't make as much noise as a BOV.
