Official Ford Service Welcome and Out Of Office Thread

Hi everyone!

I'm Meagan, and I'll be your tour guide - no, wait, that's not right...I'm the current U.S Ford Social Media Customer Service Rep. There we go!

I see some familiar names from other forums I'm on, and I hope to get to know those who are new to me as well.

For those of you who don't know me, I'll be jumping in and answering questions, helping with concerns, vehicle tracking, and all that jazz. Did I mention vehicle tracking?

If you ever have a question, please feel free to send me a private message, or even name-drop me in a thread. I'll be doing my best to keep an eye on threads, but if I miss a shout-out, or a question, please let me know so I can take care of it. I will be the main gal on this thread until the time comes to pass it along to one of our new girls.

Just so you all know, I will not be able to assist with DIY or modifications, answering questions about future vehicles or any information that has not been released to the public, or in-vehicle technology (SYNC, MyFord Touch, ect.)

This thread will be used to introduce new team members as well as note when we'll be out of the office. To keep it tidy, please do not post messages about concerns here. Thanks!

My current hours are M-F 11 a.m.-8 p.m. EST.

Hey Brittany can you help me with my tracking ? Dealer is giving me the runaround, I can see the car and vin under ford extended inventory but dealer has no info for some reason.

I have a question about my clutch; it clicks every time and press it in and sometimes when I let it out. You can assume how annoying that sound is. I took it to my local dealership and said that's normal because it's electronic and all that, but every other clutch I've driven does not do that, and some people aren't having that problem. I was hoping you'd have some input on this and be able to help me out. I'd appreciate it, thank you!
