Hello All,

Running into Issues with my 2015 Fiesta ST

A/C blows hot at idle ... Cold while driving

Coolant Temps Stay at 187 - 192 while driving

Coolant Temps rise to 240 - 250 at idle (Overheating)

While under the hood looking, it seems like the cooling fan isn't spinning.

I'm assuming that is the issue.

Checked the Fuses none are blown.

Sounds like the fan motor or the fan controller may have died. If the ac cools down again when you are moving that indicates the the heat exchanger is not getting enough air flow to function properly. Obviously the same for engine coolant temps.

Did you have the fan relay replaced?

I know the problem (TSB/recall/whatever) was with/for EARLY '16 builds, but still worth a try. ;)

You did make sure to have the AC on when checking the fan under the hood?

Checked, wasn’t under warranty sadly

Checked the fan itself, checked all the fuses. Where is the fan controller? Just to make sure im not overlooking it.

Had to ask. I would check all the fuses and relays. Also the connection to the fan itself
Fuses & Relays were good not blown or damaged when I looked

Direct power the fan if possible with a lawn and garden battery with alligator leads.[clap]
