P061C OBD-II: Internal Control Module Engine RPM Performance

Hi all, my fist threw this vague code last night after an immediate stall (thought it was in neutral). Power was a bit weak, and certain rpms had some vibrations.

Looks like this is a difficult code to troubleshoot, does anyone know what might be particularly susceptible on our cars to cause this?
