Hey guys,
trying to trouble shoot a problem In which my bov only goes off sometimes, sometimes it goes off. But it takes a while and I got some small compressor surge, And other times there is some serious compressor surge and it won’t go off at all.
I’m going to try to replace the bov actuator and see if that’s causing the issue.
Pertinent information about the car:
2017 with 23k miles
Stock bov with whoosh spacer to get it to vent to atmosphere. (Before the whoosh spacer it would never flutter, as soon as I put the spacer on, it started and there is no real rhyme or reason to it. I can be at the same load and rpm and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t? I can’t figure it out)
