The 38mm offset places the fron rim of the wheel closer to the fender as compared to the 48mm, so yes, a wider stance = 38mm offset.

$710 + shipping for the gold. You can place the deposit or pay in full. With deposit, a balance due invoice will be issued when the wheels reach the warehouse.
