Throwing this up here in case any of y’all are like me and almost fooled into buying Pumaspeed TrackLite wheels because they appear to be Rays gram lights for an absurdly low price. Well, they are not. I reached out to Rays directly. Below is their reply. Duh..

“Thank you for your email.

These wheels are not produced by Rays.

While the markings are very similar, the text actually says RAVS, not RAYS.”

They don't say Rays anywhere on the page, they're clearly copies of Rays wheels but I'm not sure how you would have thought they were genuine Rays.

Much the same way that the Ali Express sold faux/counterfeit Rays Duralumin lug nuts look really close (even the packaging), but are deceptive fakes (for about a tenth the co$t of the real thing). [:(]

Yes, but the difference is that those are advertised as being genuine Rays products.

I'm not saying the branding on the wheel isn't deliberately deceptive, it clearly is and frankly is in line with where PumaSpeed's reputation seems to be these days, but they're at least not specifically advertising them as being Rays wheels.
