Rhino ramps for oil change?

Can anyone confirm if Rhino ramps work for oil changes? It looks like they would be really close to the bottom of the front bumper/air dam. If they won't what is a good ramp to use?

I confirm that they work with the stock spring setup.

Once you lower the car, it will scrape the air dam. Mine are unusable now.

I'd just jack the car up and let it down on the ramps for support, if you can. Done that myself a few times, and it works fine - no damage to the air dam. That said, I use a hydraulic floor jack with plenty of lift. May not work with the stock jack. Jack stands are a pretty good idea too.
