Shift issue

I’ve recently had a short shifter installed and my shift pattern has reversed has anyone had this issue and do you know the fix. Thanks Wayne

Given that we in the states joke about everything being reversed down there, this is such a funny problem for an Australian to have, sorry.

When you say "reversed," what do you mean? Like, the way the car shifts has reversed, where first is now second, etc? Or is the shift knob just on backwards? Which short shifter did you install?

Thanks for your response 1st is in 5th position and 5th is 1st position its a zolov short shifter (which i suspect might be the problem. Thanks Wayne.

I would go back over the installation manual you more than likely reversed a cable
