stumbling/sputtering under heavy throttle

I reset the ecu today by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes. Drove to the parts store to get new plugs and the problem was gone. It pulled fine to 5k+ RPMs. The problem may be intermittent and it's just coincidence it was ok after the computer reset? I'll know more once I get the AP and do some logging.

you sure one of your i/c pipes are not collapsed or collapsing? I have a rebuilt/refurbished car also and i ran into the same problem you did but for me it was the hot side intercooler pipe it kept collapsing/crushing itself preventing good flow. i got 14' with 32k .
