Sudden Loss of Power Only When Warm

Hey all, I have a weird one. Driving the other day after a half hour ride on the highway (not getting on it just cruising at about 60 mph) i stopped for food. When I got back in and took off from the light my car had a sudden loss of power. It lasted about a second, I let off and reapplied the throttle and it went fine. Today however, the car did the same thing, but while idling at a stop sign, and totally died. It seems to only happen after about 20 minutes of driving.
I do have a Dizzy e30 tune, whoosh v1 intercooler, and whoosh v1 downpipe and MBRP exhaust, as well as a Ramair drop in filter. I did get smart and data logged when it happened today. It shows significant negative ignition correction on only cylinder 2. 1, 3 and 4 show <1 degree but cyl 2 shows -2.5 degrees at the same time. I’ll do the basics and pull my spark plugs, check my filter and MAF sensor, but I’m afraid that since it’s only when warm that it could be something more serious like a head gasket losing compression when heated up. I do not have a compression tester rn though.

Checked codes with my Cobb AP, I have a P0087 “fuel rail/system pressure too low” and P008B “Low pressure fuel system pressure - too high” and P061A “internal control module torque performance”. I know P061A is somewhat normal for tuned cars, after a quick google the low pressure fuel sensor seems to be a common problem with these cars. I think I’ll start there.

Yeah I had to replace one of those sensors on a Fusion. Same symptoms. They did a HPFP thinking that was the problem, but the sensor fixed it. Good luck.

Did the sensor, fixed my P0087 and P008B, but now I have a P008A “Low Pressure Fuel System Pressure - Too Low” popping up. I datalogged the car with FRP Actual and Lowside Fuel Pressure Actual and they seem to be consistent, with my FRP being about 2300 max and my Lowside FP being about 90 when giving it the beans, and not dropping below 80psi at idle.
