I plugged mine a few months ago. I run the stock turbo with tune, radiator, IC, etc... So not doing anything crazy with boost. I'd have plugged it regardless, as I prefer not having the sound routed into the cabin.

plug it period regardless of boost levels. First official mod I did to my car was put a nice exhaust on it. The exhaust was just too quite stock it was like faux hybrid.
You want some sound put on a exhaust and/or an intake.Cars we’re not meant to have sound artificially routed or recomposed in the cabin.

So far with (only six votes) it looks like folks are keeping it, unless they're boosting beyond stock.

@Those that are keeping, do you like it, love it or are just tolerating it? Indifferent to it?

As soon as I got the car I plugged it. As I've gone to a bigger turbo, I've replaced the plug with a mechanical BOV. Even if car was bone stock it would still be gone. Hated the sound it makes.

I keep my symposer but halfway plugged because I’m running stock exhaust. It’s too quiet completely plugged without aftermarket exhaust and too loud completely open. A rubber plug (under the dash) with a small opening is the best for me.

I think my symposer broke. My car is a 2014, and I wring the hell out of it. It didn't reverberate like it did when it was stock when I bought it, it was more like a droning sound by the time I plugged it. Never liked it anyway, it's just a loud boost leak.

I think it's stupid, but I'm lazy and won't bother touching it unless I'm in the area changing something else, then I'd plug it.
