Timing belt question

Does the stock belt have cam alignment marks on it? Trying to figure out if anyone has changed mine previous to me owning it. There is signs of someone being in there via bolts that were clearly removed. Already searched the CARFAX service history but it basically just gave me a ton of vague records of the ford dealers that worked on it. Thanks for any help!
