Torque specs needed

Does anyone have torque specs for the following?

Flywheel bolts
Pressure plate bolts
Bellhousing bolts
Control arms
Balljoint pinch bolts
K-member to body
Steering rack
Axle nuts

Possibly a couple other things I'm forgetting too
