Traction control light.... (2015 FiST 99% stock)

So i'm driving normally, no wheels are sliding or breaking traction and the TC light comes on. Some time later when I took off a message pops up and says hill assist is disabled. I finish my trip, and I unplug the NAV SD card, and the USB and my ScanGauge II and do a master reset. On the way home, after ~20 miles of driving it magically goes off. And so far it stayed off. The computer on this thing seems awfully flaky. Has anyone ran into anything like that?

I ran into it when I installed a cobb tune and started the car before 15 seconds was up like it says. It acted really weird, lost power steering and the car almost stalled. The hill assist also was disabled.
