That one almost sounds like the shifter bottoming out at the back of the throw or the motor moving as you engage warp drive .. LOL I know you took it easy just kidding

Hmm, mine definitely makes a similar noise, but no where near as loud. That's odd man, I'd bring it in and have it checked out

Mine does this too. Only 1st to second or second back to first at low speed. I don't tend to hear/notice it at all with my foot in it.

I think we're all hearing the same thing--something I think is simply a manifestation of a clunky shift lever/shifting mechanism. My very first impression of the feel of the tranny, on my very first drive, was that I would have to love the car in spite of a so-so shifter. And that still remains. Not sure what's to be done about it, though I'd love to find an answer that makes this thing shift like a song--and we're talking smooth like Lou Rawls, not like Gene Simmons.

It could be a weak RMM but he didn't seem to be driving that aggressively to hit the fire wall .. but it could be weak as stated..

What it "Feels" like, is like putting an automatic transmission in park, and turning the wheel back and forth, that clunk-clunk sound. Like in my Ranger, it feels like excessive rear differential play.

Im going to go check the fluid in the master cylinder. It looked a little low last time I peeked.

I can hear that clunking sound in your video, but to me it sounds more like a suspension clunking sound. I would take it to a Ford dealer and get the shop foreman to go for a ride with you so that you can try and show the sound to him.
I will have to. I don't know how else to tell them. "Here's the keys, take it out for a little drive and tell me if you notice anything wrong with it."
