Troubleshooting HVAC issue. No air from the defrost

New fiesta owner here! Loving the car so far but with winter approaching in my area, I noticed that my defrost is not working. Air is coming out of the center vents and footwell just fine. Is this a blend door actuator issue or possibly just a fuse issue?
