Sorry for the delay, been gapping and shipping a TON of spark plugs.

Actuators arrived today, it will take me a day to two to get them all sorted and labels made and shipped. Everyone will have their actuators by the end of this week, latest monday next week!

Awesome. I have next week off work so it will be nice to get it installed. I'm very excited, now that I know my issues are related to surging, I can't stop noticing how much the stock valve is leaking and hissing!

Just a heads up, had a few people ask if they can run this on the stock tune. NO, you MUST have the car tuned to accomadate the actuator. I will provide a tune file for anyone that doesn't have my E-tune services, or is on the Cobb OTS map.

Good I'm on the stage 3 ots tune but plan on getting an e tune from you after install. So I think I'll need that tune file so I can make some logs for the etune

I would make you a basemap based on your setup, and log from there. The tune file I will supply will be a Cobb OTS map with the changes needed for the wastegate. That is unless they purchase one of my Single tunes, Single E-tune, or Lifetime E-tune. Then they will get a full custom tune.

Hm, so no going back to stock tune before taking it into a dealer... I guess I'll hold off on installing until I'm pretty confident in the engine's reliability (going well so far!)

Adam, for those of us who have your lifetime tune and have already been tuning/ logging with you.... Do you want us to email you once the IWA is installed or before we install it so that we can have the adjusted tune for the IWA installed to do logs?

Yes, you must email me before you put the actuator on. I prefer the day of install if possible!

Same here. Day on install, check.

And that's for the baseline map, made for the wastegate correct? Then after some logs it will be more catered and dialed in?

What would happen if the car is run with the actuator stock? Could damage occur, or would there just be no benefit?

The ecu would just close the throttle without you knowing or feeling it. As long as your not getting any knock, it would be fine. But gains would be extremely limited by the ecu if you saw any.

Not accurate, it would go into limp mode because the threshold would be exceeded. There is a limit to how much clipping can occur before it goes into limp mode, this actuator will definitely put you in that mode.

I just sent out an email to all purchasers regarding the installation of the TUNE+ Actuator. There are options for all configurations.

The email states where to check for the video, if it's not there, it isn't up yet ;) haha.

Very possible, we might do another run around then. Not 100% sure as I need to commit to a large quantity. We will see when people post their reviews how many people want to jump on.
