Turbosmart Wastegate Actuators - I'd like $110 shipped for the new one and $85 shipped for used (CONUS)

Used: 10 psi - sold
New: 14 psi - available

What are the spring pressures?

How do I find out without taking them apart? Can I just put them under pressure with an air compressor and note the pressure in which the arm starts to move, or do I have to open them up? The used one was on a stock turbo and the new one was purchased for a GT2860R.

Basically. I found this article explaining it. You need a metered air source.
