Twin exhaust?

Hi, im new here.
I love the looks of an twin exhaust, so on both sides of the car 1 or 2 exhaust tips. Is this a safe option on the st?
Like the picture below. It really makes the car look agressive.

Anyone Who did this? Because i heard a while ago that it makes some burn danger?
