What oil, coolant and spark plugs to use?

I have a big turbo fiesta tuned by dizzy, I wanna know what oil and oil filter I should use along with what coolant and spark plugs I should be using?

Regular coolant is just fine what it prescribed in your manual. Oil and oil filter also OEM. Regular oil changes no later than 6k miles is the only real factor to longevity. If you want you can swap in a larger filter for more capacity, but I already find it difficult to remove the filter so I wouldn't want it any larger. Stock spark plugs are fine with .028 gap unless your tuner suggests step colder plugs. Also even if your tuner suggests step colders they're not needed if you aren't having any knock or if they cause you to have issues while the engine is cold. I run 5w30 as that's what's the euro engine is prescribed. In America we got prescribed 5w20 just for mpg but I'd rather have it a bit thicker for the Texas heat

I think Ford is on yellow coolant currently, but I agree with @WolfDampf and never go more than 5k on an oil change

BT change the oil every 3-5k depending on how hard you beat on it. Also use a 5w30* Full Syn with the latest Additives for LSPI.

Ideally, it's whatever product you want, but try regapping the plugs, look for more advanced coil packs and don't over fill the reservoir. I mean been using the autolite plugs but gapped differently, bene using the TRQ coil packs and using the prestone ford recommended coolant. But keeping it at or around the MIn line in the reservoir as if it reaches the max mark, the system shows an error or warning. Van runs better in cooler weather any way. I'm sure the whoosh coil pack would make a good options for you. Oh and high revving engine.. best use the Motul brand oils.
