Regular coolant is just fine what it prescribed in your manual. Oil and oil filter also OEM. Regular oil changes no later than 6k miles is the only real factor to longevity. If you want you can swap in a larger filter for more capacity, but I already find it difficult to remove the filter so I wouldn't want it any larger. Stock spark plugs are fine with .028 gap unless your tuner suggests step colder plugs. Also even if your tuner suggests step colders they're not needed if you aren't having any knock or if they cause you to have issues while the engine is cold. I run 5w30 as that's what's the euro engine is prescribed. In America we got prescribed 5w20 just for mpg but I'd rather have it a bit thicker for the Texas heat
