For those of you over 320 wheel horsepower on the stock block who has had problems and how are the engines holding up for everyone?
Just want to know how far I can relatively safely push my luck.
Thanks for any input!

326 here so just make the cut.

There are many factors that cause these engines to fail, peak HP being only one of them. Mechanical sympathy and keeping the boost as low as possible are probably the two largest ways to run that power safely.

I’ve had no issues in the 18 months or so since I fitted an x47. This includes about 8k miles and around 10 track days, but the only place I ever drive it hard is on the track and it has multiple oil changes per year.

However, there’s always something in the back of my mind that thinks the next track day will be the engine’s last!

What turbo pressure is that at?

26psi. In hindsight I would rather have gone for an S280 and made similar power at lower pressure.
My AP says I'm at 300 @32psi with the s280 so 26 seems great to me

That is most likely a gross underestimate. 32psi on an S280 would be closer to 370 depending on amount of timing up top I would think based on graphs I've seen.

X57RS 330hp to the wheels @ ~31 psi my block is being held together by puma speed shims and a bottle of barsleak copper seal. It's my daily work truck. I gutted the inside and have all my tools in the car. 2019 with 116k miles been running 330hp for ~25k miles still pushing ~31 psi

According to vdyno I am @ 344 whp and 337 wtorque on e50 but tuner stated that I could easily be over 360+ with an actual dyno at 31 PSI tapering to 28 psi with a 79 °F charged air temp. No issues yet for the past 4 months on this tune as I am just a city driver weekdays and canyon carver weekends, knock on wood. Car get to 300 whp at 4800 rpm; peak at 5800 and pull all the way to 7300 rpm. Next upgrade will be lpfp.

My tuner said he will not tune beyond 28psi on the S280 on the stock block which is an estimated 350-360whp. At an estimated 330whp I was trapping 111-112mph at the track. That was @25-26 psi.
