2017, 31k all stock.
Filled up tonight, same pump as usual. Drove 20 miles, picked up dinner, backed car out of parking space and let clutch out and it almost died and wrench light came on. As soon as I pulled away I noticed the engine running rough, loss of power and no check engine light or fault codes. Drove another 10 miles home this way, turned it off, restarted and wrench light is off, but still runs rough.
Any ideas of what this could be?

Did you pull the codes from the memory? The ECU should keep a running log of fault codes.

I use Torque Lite, no fault codes stored.

Is it possible it went into limp mode because it thought that I stalled it?
Maybe a purge valve issue as well?

Don't top off your gas once the pump shuts it off. That extra added fuel seems to cause issues with the purge valve. It's a known issue since 2014.

Possible bad gas? Has it rained a metric ton near you lately?
