If that's not a US specific version, it's not going to fit - our front bumper is different than the UK spec cars

It may not fit with the US spec crash beam. I'd ordered one a while ago before searching the forums - they know it doesn't fit US spec cars, but still sell them to US buyers. I cancelled my order before they shipped. I love how they look - I wish they'd make a version that fit our bumpers

Here's the info
http://www.fiestastforum.com/forum/...-Zunsport-grille?p=86591&viewfull=1#post86591

The front grille is too wide (top to bottom) by at least 3/8" to fit into the opening. Our USDM car really is significantly different in the front, probably due to the crash bar, which is important given how most Americans drive, ah, I mean text and drive.

Zunsport offered to refund the cost if I ship back to them, which is not the best solution as I need to find a suitable box and ship to the UK. Their quote to my original enquiry was: "I?m sure our Grilles will fit..." Not.

So I did manage to fit the lower front which works fine, and wish the upper would fit as it is both stronger and much lighter than the OEM. However, I don't see any way. Btw, our grille is held in place by a 2+" flange around the outside which does require removing the bumper to access.

We will see, I haven't held it up to the car yet but it looks to be about the right size. I planned on ditching the crash bar for the DHM piece anyways. Or if I have to I'll get the UK spec one as well.

Wow, I contacted zunsport and they told me this grille would not fit.I'm surprised they would have the chutzpah to sell these to US buyers. It's too short height wise.

Does the one for the intercooler fit? That's the only one I really want.

Just installed the lower today, confirmed 100% fitment. Need to do a little cutting to make the opening as clear as possible. But it's not required.

After a lot of wrestling I managed to finally get the oem honeycomb grill off. That thing is seriously a B!tch. Anyway, the good news is, the Zunsport upper grill fits..... sort of. And the bad news is that the isn't really any place to secure it. The clips from the stock grill will wedge it in the ok. But I added a couple zip ties as a for now solution until I can figure out a better way to secure the grill in the right position. It looks amazing though and is definitely a weight savings over the stock grill.

Was the lower grille also a pain, or did it go right on, and stay secured without any zipties?

Other sure what I'll do with the crash bar as of right now. I'm currently working with a different company to have new front and rear crash bars made. These ones will have jack points because racecar. I'll post up part numbers a bit later, but these are for the ST 7.5 st180 in the UK. The lower grills was, by far, easier. Basically you could just stick it on and screw it down if you wanted to.

You should contact Zunsport and see if they forgot to include some attachment hardware.

I didn't get a chance to review the pack list, I finished up pretty late. But it looks like it's all there. The UK grill insert is just very different on how it attaches. I had to take the whole bumper off to get it off, but in the UK. It pulls straight out the front.

Looks great! Post of some more pics in normal lighting if you get a chance please.

I think the lower will be a no brainer for those wanting to protect Their expensive aftermarket setups, but im still unsure of the upper.

Will the lower work OK if you remove/cut out all the vertical bars in there?
