hi guys and gals,
just coming from owning a ford focus st 2014.did i like it? not really! it had some quirks that ford could not resolve.looking at the fiesta right now but not sure if i should wait for the 2017 model.not finding much information on the 2017 fiesta as it seems to change like in rs or 200 st.i will have to research on this forum and hopefully get the correct info.

Hey double R, have not heard of any major changes for 17 but all in all very happy with my purchase. Ford got the Fist largely right out of the gate and it's tough to beat at this price point. Ford will not likely make an RS but who knows if we might eventually get a US special edition.

I read awhile back that someone from Ford said they have no intention of making a Fiesta RS. With little news on the '17 model of the Fiesta I'd say if you want a Fiesta ST, get one when you can. Not sure how much longer the Fiesta ST will be around. The Focus ST is the Fiesta STs biggest competition, and most people in the US want larger so the Focus is the one they buy so the Fiesta ST isn't a high volume car. Before too long it won't make sense for Ford to make the ST, much less the RS.

The fiesta is an amazing machine. Looks good,really good mpg, handles superb, cheap to buy, decent quick. It's a great car have had 0 problems with mine

2. kw lowering springs

5. 1552 shift knob
6. 1552 cup spoilers
7. 1552 graphics package
8. 1552 floor mats

Not to steal your thunder, congrats on the purchase, I saw this car like two weeks ago on the dealer lot and stopped to look at it. Not bad if you like the mods.

no thirty-two you did not steal anything lol and yes i like the mods but the wheels maybe a little much for me.the thing i like the most is the dealer who has a performance department and is willing to work with me to install other performance parts.they said that mountune parts are good to go and still keep the warranty.

I bought my Wifes ST and was grinning from day 1 - what a car out of he crate for the $$$ I bought myself a Focus ST based off the FIST performance and hated it,, traded it quick time, I should have just bought myself a FIST, I went down the ECOboost Mustang route instead and regretted that ! FIST FTW.

It had a wierd stumble that could not be tuned out. Air con was crap lol in Austin thats a big deal. I was spoilt by the FIST

yeah the 2013 and 14 had a lot of strange issues.my headlights would come on when you shut the car off and they would stay on.the kicker was when the shift linkage fell apart on the highway and ford could not get a replacement part for one month.i told the service rep for the southeast portion of the usa they have it in england but they would not send for it.
