How often you switch drop-in filter

Just a question how often you are suppose to switch the drop-in filter or clean or do whatever you have to do. I have no knowledge about the drop-in filters.

Depending on conditions , dirt roads , sand etc. They actually work better when loaded with some dirt. 30 k is pretty reasonable. You tube has a gazillion cleaning how to's

There is no set KM (other than what the manual says). It really depends on driving conditions. Personaly I check and vacuum the paper filter and airbox every oil change and gauge if it should be replaced before the next oil change. I always have one on hand that is new to compare as it is easy to think it is clean but it in reality it is not. If I think it may not last I place it back in and check more often.

I believe the AP has an parameter for monitoring airbox pressure differential.
