Loud click during cold start up

This noise came in on Monday, unfortunately I haven't had time to bring it in. Only does it after not being on for close to 30 min does it wether the A/c is on or off high or low. Anybody got any ideas what it may be? It's a relay behind for the AC, there was a TSB for it, don't know if there still is. Mine still does it, but I'm outta the warranty.

Not a relay, but the Blend Door Actuator. HERE's a massive thread on it.
