I am in the process of purchasing a 2019 Fiesta ST - wondering if I can put an 18x8 wheel w/225/40ZR18 tires on the car without issue?

Congrats and welcome. 5x112 lug pattern will not work with our car. You would have to get a custom jig to drill it our stock bolt pattern is 4x108.
